Article Submission Guidelines

Article submissions to timesarticles.com are paid and new additions to our database are indexed once a day or every 48-72 hours. This means that any article you submit will be searchable by, and available to, visitors the day after it is submitted.

Your article content must meet the submission guidelines of our aggressive pre-screening process to include the following guidelines:

• Submissions must be 100% exclusively owned by you. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. If you are submitting for someone else, please submit the article as if it were from them.
• Submit your article only once. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.- There is no tolerance for this practice and authors who practice in this will be banned
• Your submission to timesarticle.com.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our times article Ezine, RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members. Authors are paid for the content
• Submissions that are commercial or advertorial in content are not acceptable. This includes: advertisements, sales letters, promotional copy, or articles with blatant/excessive self-promotion or hype. Timesarticl.com not a platform for advertising commercial products, services and/or programs.
• Your submission to timesarticle.com also gives unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. We ask publisher(s) to follow our reprint rules as stated below, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright — it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
• It is the timesarticle.com Team’s sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. Quality matters. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason. After your first 30 days of membership, if you didn’t submit any articles that we were able to accept and publish, we may review your account for termination.
• The Timesarticle.com  Editorial Team reserves the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
• If your article does not conform to the timesarticle.com editorial guidelines, our editors may edit the same or it may not be published.
• Submissions cannot not be plagiarized or in violation of another author’s copyright. Refer to our copyright policy for more information.
• Submissions must not contain or reference adult/ pornographic content, defamatory, libellous, inflammatory or offensive, that promote hate literature or illegal activities or that are in violation of another person’s, or companies, rights or & trademarks.
• Submissions must not contain content on terrorism/illegal drugs/firearms or the promotion of prescription drugs or hard alcohol/tobacco related products.
• No negative content against any Product, Company, Individual Or Group. We reserve the right to restrict publication of any article we feel does not fit our stated guidelines or intentions. Do not submit articles that contain defamatory, insulting, obscene, or degrading language in reference to any particular product, company, individual or group. This includes articles containing religious and racial intolerance, hate or violence-oriented discussion, or content advocating against any individual, product, company, or group as they will be rejected. Additionally, we will not accept content discussing court cases or investigations that could be considered defamatory by one or multiple parties involved, even if the case is decided. Articles should focus on solving general issues or problems, rather than citing specific people or groups in correlation with those issues.
• Must Not Contain Profanity or Pornographic Material. Any articles that contain sexually explicit material that is NOT educational or health-related are prohibited. Do not link to an adult-oriented website that has explicit pornographic imagery (including images of sex toys or videos.)
• Submissions must contain proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure and should be proof read by you or another party prior to submission.
• Submissions must not be spun or be PLR (Private Label Rights) articles or term papers/essays for sale.

Article submissions are subject to length restrictions. These are outlined below:

Article
Title: -Maximum 150 characters.

Article: A minimum of 1000 words and a maximum of 2,500 words.
Please Note: These character limits include all spaces, line breaks, paragraph breaks and punctuation, so the actual number of characters will be less than the above numbers.

Articles must be informative by providing useful content. Only article which are original and unique are approved by the quality team of timesarticle.com. There is no tolerance for the article copied from other website. Any such practice will lead to termination of your account.

As part of our commitment to making article writing an effective platform, we’ve outlined guidelines to better serve our authors, users, and publishers. Kindly keep below points in mind before submitting any article.

• Niche is important in what ever you do; no body is looking for similar stuff. So be true to your self and submit article which are original and unique in nature. Higher quality articles are ranked higher.
• Readers come back when you’ve earned their trust. This is done by providing value every time. More value results in increased traffic back to your website or blog. More traffic means business and more revenue.
• Original and informative articles are the foundation of a positive reader experience.
• All content that is published on timesarticle.com must be 100% exclusively owned by you. The content that is submitted CAN be published elsewhere, but must share the same author name everywhere it is published. If you published your article elsewhere and did not include your name, we will not publish your article on our platform. It is important that you own your content no matter where you publish it.
• Hiring a writer is acceptable. Proceed with caution and only hire someone you trust. It is still your responsibility to ensure your article content meets the guidelines so be sure to add quality control measures to every article. If they don’t pass, fire your writer.

Would recommend authors submitting articles at timesarticle.com to copy from basic text editor like Notepad or Note pad light. Articles submitted in this basic link will appear as they are pasted. Copying and pasting content from application like MS Word can result into lot of formatting problems.

Other Submission Guidelines:

• Titles must NOT contain any URLs.
• Titles must be more than one word.
• Titles must NOT have HTML tags of any kind.
• Titles must NOT be all upper case or lower case letters.
• Titles must NOT contain repetitive punctuation such as !!! or ???
• Titles must NOT contain the names of prescription drugs or affiliate programs.
• Duplicate links to the same URL in the article body are not allowed.
• Links in the article body should relate to, or support, your article content and should be at the very end line of the article.

Free and Re-Printable Content

Timesarticle.com is content article directory. This means that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may re-print your article(s) subject to the basic terms and conditions outlined on this site. You are granting unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted on other websites or print publications.

Times article’s policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner’s rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright.
